The virtual town hall continues the dialogue on fostering anti-racism in the travel industry.
BOSTON - eTravelWire -- Wanderful is hosting the third and final edition of Moving Forward: An Anti-Racism Town Hall for the Travel Industry. Taking place on 5 February 2020 from 11 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time, the virtual town hall aims to take a look at the last eight months since we first convened and develop the practices of travel creators and industry with an anti-racism lens.
Wanderful will be hosting hands-on workshops to help travel brands and creators to bring their commitment to anti-racism into 2021 and beyond. The agenda is as follows:
"Marketing is just one step in the path to purchase in travel and tourism, there is also the post-purchase journey to consider where travelers share their satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with their purchases and experiences," said Karisma Shackelford, lead organizer of Moving Forward. "Black travelers are leaders in this post-purchase influence and we will discuss what brands need to consider throughout the entire customer journey in our final panel on "Before, During + After the Campaign: How to Attract + Keep Diverse Travelers."
