NAPLES, Fla. - eTravelWire -- The Florida Airports Council appointed a trio of Naples Airport representatives to statewide leadership positions for the 2025-26 term.
Chris Rozansky, executive director of Naples Airport, was selected as secretary for Florida Airport Council's Executive Committee and continues to serve on the Board of Directors. Meanwhile, Justin Lobb, the airport's deputy director of aviation, and Barry Brown, director of operations and maintenance, were tapped as vice chairs of the General Aviation Committee and Facilities Committee, respectively.
Florida Airports Council is the official association representing publicly owned and publicly operated airports in Florida. Established in 1969, the Florida Airports Council unites the aviation industry to address challenges and advance the future of Florida's airport system. Its members represent all 20 Florida commercial service airports, more than 70 publicly owned general aviation airports, a spaceport and seaplane base, along with more than 350 corporate, educational, affiliate, student chapter and student members.

Rozansky joined the Naples Airport Authority in March 2016 and oversees a dynamic community asset that generates an economic impact of $781 million annually. Over the past 20 years, he served in various positions at both commercial service and general aviation airports in Florida, Texas, Ohio, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Rozansky, who also serves on the National Air Transportation Association's Board of Directors and the American Association of Airport Executives' General Aviation Committee, earned a bachelor's degree in aviation management from The Ohio State University.
"It's been a privilege to serve alongside so many respected industry leaders, and I'm grateful to continue contributing in this new role on the Executive Committee," Rozansky said. "I look forward to building upon FAC's success in advancing our industry and supporting the communities we serve."
Lobb joined Naples Airport in 2021 and oversees the fixed-base operation, airport operations, security, maintenance, planning and development activities at Naples Airport. As executive manager for the Collier County Airport Authority, Lobb oversaw the Marco Island, Everglades and Immokalee airports, and previously worked at the Sanford Airport Authority and AVCON Inc. Lobb earned a bachelor's degree in aviation management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Gulf Coast University.

The Florida Airport Council's General Aviation Committee addresses issues pertinent to managers of general aviation and community airports.
Naples Airport hired Brown in 2022 to oversee staff responsible for airport operations, emergency planning, maintenance and security activities. He served in high-level operations and maintenance roles at U.S. airports that offer commercial and general aviation services, including Portland International Jetport, San Jose International Airport and Southwest Florida International Airport. Brown, an FAA-certified private pilot, earned a bachelor's degree in aviation management from Auburn University.
The Florida Airport Council's Facilities Committee addresses topics impacting day-to-day airport facilities operations and maintenance.
