Southern Ocean Chamber Association (SOCA), the charitable affiliate of the 110-year Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce recognizes the importance that the region has played in establishing our country. It is time to begin planning for 2026, the organization is proud to announce its partnership with RevolutionNJ, the official organization tasked with commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for the Chamber and the community it serves, as it joins a statewide initiative to celebrate New Jersey's pivotal role in American history.  By collaborating with RevolutionNJ, the Chamber will promote educational initiatives, community events, and historic sites that highlight the local contributions to this landmark anniversary. This partnership will assist non profit groups to get the most benefit from resources to generate interest and support for their programs as it will draw interest as the summer of 2026 plays out.

As a partner organization, the Southern Ocean Chamber will play an integral role in RevolutionNJ's mission to highlight New Jersey's unique contributions to the American Revolution. This partnership offers an opportunity to delve into the state's rich and complex history, exploring the local stories and significant sites that helped shape the nation.
