An independent app that gives people space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with their inner world.
AUSTIN, Texas - eTravelWire -- SoulTalk Inc. launches SoulTalk™, an AI journaling app made for people who want to understand themselves and experience real change. A user writes one entry a day and gets back a reflection, a few affirmations, and small suggestions to try. Responses are drawn from what the user writes and is shaped by Soulcology™, the signature coaching framework that makes SoulTalk's integration a focus.
"Experience without integration can be the difference between changing your day and changing your life. What people need are tools to turn what they notice into something they can understand and act on," said Chey Wise, co-founder and co-CEO of SoulTalk. "With SoulTalk, you get reflections that allow you to truly see yourself, and the space to sit with what comes up instead of rushing past it."

Most self-growth apps are built to hold attention for as long as possible. SoulTalk is built around the opposite goal. You open the app, reflect, and get on with your day.
"We wanted SoulTalk to be different. When people use AI that wasn't built for real growth, they don't actually change, they just get stuck in a loop with a chatbot. You grow when you close the app and go live your life, so we made SoulTalk to give you the space to integrate what you get from it," said Sam Haskell, co-founder and co-CEO of SoulTalk.
SoulTalk is independent and queer-founded, with no private equity behind it, so the app answers to the people who use it instead of to investor growth targets. The team does not train AI models on anyone's entries.
The app went through a beta with a wide range of testers, from longtime journalers to people who had never kept a journal. "It kept me grounded," one tester said. "I'm relearning how to use AI in a way that isn't all or nothing."
