Founded in 1985, PSH now operates one of the UK's most environmentally advanced waste processing facilities and remains a certified Carbon Neutral Organisation for another year, continuing to support initiatives that aim to reduce emissions and aid in the preservation of the environment. The company operates as carbon neutral, generating over 386,000kW of energy annually through 798 on-site solar panels, and is the first in the world to run an UNTHA electric shredder entirely on solar power. Impressively, PSH Environmental has maintained 100% diversion from landfill for six consecutive years, a testament to its sustainable practices. Its excellence has been recognised with accolades from MRW National Recycling Award for Recycling Facility of the Year.
