As Executive Vice President of Operations and General Counsel at Meritum Consulting, Adrienne will oversee client engagement and the overall production process for R&D tax credit claims. Throughout his engineering career, he has worked in oil & gas, product development, start-up software development, and the semiconductor industries. As an attorney, his background includes general business, transactional law, immigration, and tax consulting. Kirk serves as Meritum's President and Assistant General Counsel. As a consultant, Kirk has worked with both Craig and Adrienne on numerous R&D projects throughout the years and could not be more excited to have this talented team in place.
