The "Welcome to F1" evening will be on September 23rd and the "Woman in Motorsport" platform on September 24th will be hosted at the JW Marriott Absheron Baku, serving as the social and business gateway to the race week.
These events offer a rare opportunity to experience the energy of the racing world in a refined, private environment before the main Formula 1 weekend begins on the track. This year's program is designed to be more interactive than ever, featuring racing simulators where guests can test their skills on a virtual recreation of the challenging Baku City Circuit. Beyond the high-tech entertainment, the evenings emphasize personal connection, offering attendees the chance to engage in informal conversations and capture photos with some of the most recognizable figures in the sport.

The guest list for John Patterson Events has historically featured a world-class lineup of talent. Past speakers and attendees include current Mercedes-AMG driver George Russell and McLaren's Oscar Piastri, alongside six-time Grand Prix winner Ralf Schumacher and three-time winner Johnny Herbert.
