India Warned: Boeing Cannot Conduct a Valid Toggle Switch Test Due to Lack of AS9100 Certification, Says U.S. Aerospace Quality Expert

Boeing Testing Exposed as Total CHARADE!
Whether Conducted at Boeing (Uncertified for 24 years), At Honeywell (ANAB Accredited), Or Via MRA/MLA Equivalent Labs, No Toggle Switch Test Can Be Valid; Under These Systemic Accreditation Failures, Every Test Is A Legal Void.

NEW DELHI - eTravelWire -- Aerospace quality‑systems expert and Boeing shareholder Daryl Guberman has notified India's DGCA & (CAAC of China), that any toggle‑switch test performed during DGCA's visit to Boeing is structurally illegitimate. Boeing's 24‑year absence of AS9100 certification renders any conformity‑assessment activity a procedural CHARADE! not a regulatory validation.

Boeing's 24‑Year Certification Void

Boeing has not held AS9100 certification for over two decades.

Without AS9100, Boeing cannot legally or technically perform a conformity test under global aerospace requirements.

During Guberman's October 2024 investigation at Boeing's Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield sites, employees confirmed:
  • no awareness of AS9100
  • no internal AS9100 audits
  • supervisors blocking safety meetings to maintain production speed
Guberman states: "This contradicts June 2024 Reuters interview claims by Boeing VP Of Quality: Elizabeth Lund. Guberman findings show Boeing operates outside the quality system it forces on suppliers." https://www.reuters.com/business/aerospace-defense/boeing-brief-european-regulators-new-production-plans-after-737-max-panel-2024-06-27/  (last paragraph "willing and prepared")

Honeywell & ANAB: Certificates Reduced to Legal VOID

Guberman warns DGCA that shifting testing to Honeywell does not solve the problem. Honeywell's AS9100 certificate depends on ANAB or MRA-MLA accreditation, which is compromised by:

U.S. Department of State Contract No. 19AQMM18R0131

Under this contract, ANAB misrepresented itself as an "underwriter," a role it cannot legally hold while acting as an impartial accreditor.

This creates:
  • a toxic tree of certification
  • a compromised accreditor (ANAB)
  • a compromised certificate holder (Honeywell)
  • a collapse of MRA/MLA equivalence
Guberman states: "If the accreditor is compromised, the certificate is void. Honeywell cannot perform a valid safety‑critical test."

The 2002–2003 Double Standard

Guberman highlights a long‑running ICOP‑based deception:
  • 2002: Boeing forced suppliers to obtain AS9100
  • 2003: ANSI–ANAB's "Heads Up 22" forced suppliers into IAQG's OASIS database
  • Meanwhile: Boeing used ICOP loopholes to exempt itself https://www.prlog.org/13149097-attention-dgca-caac-beyond-bogusguberman-reveals-global-accreditation-fraud-boeing-toggle-switch-testing-in-seattle-will-be-charade.html
"Boeing demanded AS9100 from suppliers while refusing it for itself," Guberman states.

FAA Independence Compromised

Guberman warns India that FAA oversight cannot be assumed:
  • FAA sits on the ANSI–ANAB board with Boeing
  • Boeing personnel act as FAA inspectors under ODA-2009 to present
  • FAA's sovereign independence is structurally eroded
"When Boeing employees wear FAA hats, the Boeing CEO effectively becomes the regulator," Guberman says.

India's Regulatory Imperative

Guberman urges DGCA to: https://www.prlog.org/13148751-air-indias-787-toggle-switch-report-shattered-40-year-boeing-shareholder-daryl-guberman-exposes-the-systemic-failure-that-built-the-aircraft.html
  • reject any Boeing‑run toggle‑switch test
  • reject any Honeywell‑run test
  • reject any ANAB‑accredited or MRA/MLA‑based test
  • require independent, non‑ANAB, non‑ICOP, non‑ODA testing
"India must not accept a test from any facility that refuses AS9100 certification for 24 YEARS!" Guberman concludes.

"Those who forge strength from fraud, will one day be crushed by the weight of their own deception."
