Barbara Kolosinska and Duncan Tingle become new Owners of C&M
LONDON - eTravelWire -- C&M Travel Recruitment has announced that Managing Director and minority shareholder Barbara (Basia) Kolosinska and Sales Director Duncan Tingle have completed a management buyout of the leading travel recruitment agency.
The pair have purchased the remaining share capital from former Chairman Angus Chisholm, who founded the company in 1998, meaning they will own 100 per cent of the organisation.
Joining C&M as Recruitment Consultants in 1999 and 2002 respectively, Barbara Kolosinska and Duncan Tingle have worked their way up through the company, and have both spent the vast majority of their careers at C&M. Chisholm will remain with the agency as a Non-Executive Director.
Since forming 26 years ago, C&M has become the UK's most established travel recruitment consultancy, filling more than 20,000 roles in the industry. Working with all sectors, disciplines and levels of the travel industry, C&M's clients, business partners and candidates can continue to expect exceptional service following the buyout.

Speaking about the news, Barbara Kolosinska said: "I'm extremely proud of what we have achieved at C&M (https://candm.co.uk/). I have worked with Duncan for over 22 years and know what an incredible recruiter and Sales Director he is and can't wait for the journey ahead with our very talented and loyal team. Hard work, commitment and loyalty really do pay off and I hope this shows anyone out there that anything is possible in your careers if you want it enough."
Duncan Tingle commented: "I'm really excited for the future. Having worked with Basia for all this time, her growth and development as a key industry figure makes me proud of what she has done for our business and reputation. We have an amazing working relationship and are both aware of each other's strengths, which with the fantastic team we have in place, will dovetail perfectly to take C&M forward."
Angus Chisholm said: "I am delighted and proud to see C&M Travel Recruitment transition to the capable hands of our experienced and talented management team. It's rewarding to know that the excellent business we have built over many years will continue to thrive under their leadership, and I look forward to supporting the next chapter as a Non-Executive Director. This marks an exciting new phase for C&M, and I am confident we will continue to grow and excel."
